My tooth was really bothering me. Then my symptoms changed and vertigo set in. My appointment was still a couple days away but I couldn't take the pain. I called and asked to get in right away. They accommodated my needs by working me in between other patients. I'm very grateful for that.

I had to reschedule my root canal due to a migraine. Everyone I dealt with from the appointment scheduler, to the person checking me in, to the assistant, to Dr Vail was amazing! They explained everything and made sure I understood exactly what was happening, what was going to happen, and how long each step would take. I was thoroughly impressed! They have the most amazing gadgets and gizmos to make the root canal the least painful and most effective! I have had so many procedures where they have to stop and add more anesthesia midway because of pain. These folks have ways to determine up front if they need additional juice instead of finding out after I’m in extreme pain!! Dr Vail even asked the assistant (sorry I can’t remember her name) to give me some ibuprofen when we finished to help my tmj pain before it started! Who does that?! They called the next day to check on me. I am highly impressed with my experience with this office! I’ve had a root canal before but it was not even close to this. Highly recommend!! Thank you so much for taking such great care of me!!

Dr. Vail was my doctor today & April was my assistant. Both were very compassionate and professional. I was nervous, very anxious the whole nine yards. I feel GREAT now. No pain! My tooth is happy and quiet. i'll be back -- I clench horribly and have cracked my teeth. **WEAR YOUR MOUTH GUARD!! The front desk girls were VERY kind also -- cannot leave them out!!! I could not have asked for a better experience. The entire staff was kind, courteous, professional, and committed to my comfort. To my surprise, I had to be sedated after feeling anxious about the procedure. Dr. Vail and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my anxiety and to make me feel comfortable. Again, I could not ask for a better experience. I highly recommend!

By far the best experience I have ever had in regard to dental issues. Everyone was kind and inviting and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in their approach.
