Education

Tod R Moretton, DDS, MSD attended Indiana University where he received a B.S. in biology before obtaining a D.D.S. degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry. Dr. Moretton completed a general practice residency at the Veterans Hospital in Indianapolis and then returned to IU to obtain his certificate and Masters in Endodontics.

Technology

Dr. Moretton is committed to utilizing the latest technology in order to provide the best care for his patients. Dr. Moretton was one of the first endodontists in the state of Indiana to become proficient in the use of the surgical operating microscope. Dr. Moretton believes in the use of clinical photos in order to enhance communication with his patients and their referring dentists. Dr. Moretton has incorporated anesthesia technology (Dental-Vibe and STA) into his practice to make injections more comfortable for his patients. In addition, Dr. Moretton has invested in digital imaging and cone beam technology which allows superior visualization of dental structures.

Professional Involvement

Dr. Tod Moretton is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontists and the International Association of Dental Traumatology. Dr. Moretton is also involved with the Indianapolis District Dental Society, InDent Study club and the Indiana Association of Endodontists. Furthermore, Dr. Moretton instructs at Indiana University School of Dentistry and lectures to various dental groups.

Dr. Moretton enjoys various outdoor activities, especially golfing. Dr. Moretton and his wife Jennifer live in Fishers and have three children (Nicholas, Christopher, and Allison).
