As a courtesy, for patients that have dental insurance, we will complete and submit your claim to your insurance carrier.

We will bill your insurance, if applicable, at the time of your visit. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks by sending you an Explanation of Benefits. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but that must be done prior to the actual procedure.
