This was my very first visit…unexpectedly, and I was very impressed Dr. Vail and the entire staff that I interacted with during my visit! I’m probably one of the few exceptions that’s never nervous about dental visits, but anyone should feel at ease when having procedures here. Great work and highly recommend…if the need should arise! I would like to say i'm very sorry for my behavior, but Dr Vail and her staff made me feel very much at ease. Hopefully I will never ever have to return but if i do I will want Dr Vail as my dentist. I have never wrote a review before for a dentist but then I have never had a good experience with a dentist before in my lifetime. Once again your the best Dr Vail. Thanks alot.

I cannot remember the assistant who helped Dr, but she was amazing! Both Dr and her assistant made me feel comfortable and engaged in everyday conversation with me to reduce nervousness. They explained the office procedures and possible risks. Scheduling was amazing as well, with an upcoming wedding I couldn’t bare to have pain on our big day. Thankfully the office was able to get me in the next week after being referred by my general dentist and complaining of pain. Such a wonderful office and staff!

Thanks to all of you for taking such good care of me as you did for my tooth discomfort. I greatly appreciate the professionalism all of you presented yourselves with.
